This is a combo class featuring 1/2 spin and 1/2 strength + core. The first part of the class is cardio spin that is designed for all fitness levels and focuses on drills that build power and endurance. The class is designed with high intensity bursts that push past your anerobic threshold to increase your cycling power. Plus, the music is FUN motivating you can spin to the beat! Second part of the class is Strength and core. We will move to the aerobics room and continue to work on resistance exercises and adding specific core exercises as well. Come and Join us!!!

Junior Tennis Summer Camp-Full Day The Coto de Caza Ultimate Summer Camp Tennis program is designed for kids to have fun, meet new friends, and to learn the game of tennis. The camp is for kids ages 6-14. The activities include: learning how to hit forehand, backhand, volleys, serve, overheads, & how to keep score. Other activities include swimming, golf, pickleball, ping pong, and board games. Items to bring: water, sunscreen, hat, tennis racquet, swim suit, towel, & positive attitude! Camp Schedule: Monday - Thursday Day Camp - 9:00 am - 2:00 pm Morning Drop off - 8:45 am - 9:00 am Pick-up time - 1:45 pm - 2:00 pm Pricing: Day Camp 9:00 am - 2:00 pm Members: $550 Non- Member-$650 **Lunch is provided, child can bring snacks if desired.
